Refund

Unless otherwise required by law, entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. If the registrant cannot make the scheduled event date, the registrant acknowledges that no refund or credit to future events will be granted.

Cancellation

I understand that if the event is cancelled or postponed because of, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disaster, war, strike, revolution, lack or failure of transportation facilities, laws or interventions by statutory bodies, major accidents during the event, or other such causes, the Women's Fitness Asia event organizers will make every effort to reschedule the event to a later date of their choosing. If the registrant cannot make the rescheduled date, the registrant acknowledges that no refund or credit to future events will be granted.

Switchplay Event Safety Waiver and Participant Consent

By joining Switchplay Hybrid Games, a Women's Fitness Asia event, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Health and Fitness Declaration

I confirm that:

• I am physically fit to take part in fitness activities.
• I have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating.
• If I have any health concerns, I have consulted my physician before joining.

Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risks

I acknowledge and agree to assume all risks associated with participating in the event and activities. These risks include, but are not limited to, exposure to communicable diseases such as COVID-19, injuries caused by my mental, physical, or emotional condition, and risks associated with athletic activities, the event environment, and event equipment.

Potential risks include, but are not limited to:

• Falls, slips, or collisions with objects or people.
• Strains, sprains, overexertion, or heat-related illness.
• Allergic reactions, dehydration, dizziness, or gastrointestinal issues.
• Injuries including concussions, burns, broken bones, paralysis, mental or emotional trauma.

Release of Liability

I understand and agree that Women's Fitness Asia, Emventures, Inc., their organizers, partners, sponsors, venue partners, staff, and representatives are not liable for injury, accident, infection, loss, or damage of personal belongings or valuables that may occur during the event. By participating, I release them from any and all claims arising from my participation.

Media Consent

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event, and I grant permission for these to be used for event documentation, marketing, and promotional materials.
